### DELEGATIS
*The 4-D orchestration platform for robots and humans.*

DELEGATIS is the central orchestration layer of LISI. It coordinates robots and humans in real time according to the 4-D model: Detect, Decide, Delegate, Document. Tasks are distributed in a safety-directed manner — machines act where they can act reliably; humans decide where accountability is required.
